I was taught Classical Piano, starting at the age of 7.  But very quickly, Jazz and Boogie-Woogie became more attractive to me.  When I was a teenager, Rock 'n' Roll began to have a great influence on me and my playing.

Later on, my sister decided to put a band together.  She wanted me in her band and she wanted me to play Bass.  And that's how it all began!

Soon I had a real passion for this instrument.  This is not surprising, as I have always been into "groove". I found out how playing Bass is such a great way to express myself!

I had to leave my sister's band when I moved but I didn't quit playing Bass.  I've continued to play in the area for the past few years.

One day I heard Billie Jo's singing.  I was thrilled by her vocal abilities and her musicianship.  When I heard she was looking for a Bass player, I contacted her.  The "groove" was right and here I am!
